Introduction

Learning is a continuous, transformative process that opens the door to self-discovery and growth. Whether you're learning something new or revisiting an old practice, each moment offers an opportunity to approach life with humility and openness to not knowing—a quality that fosters true wisdom.

At its core, learning invites you to acknowledge that you (and we) don't have all the answers, and that's okay. It humbles us by showing we are constantly evolving, and our understanding is always expanding. In a world where there's often pressure to "know" or "have it all figured out," learning allows us to release that need for certainty.

Instead, it teaches us to be comfortable with not knowing and to embrace the process rather than just the result.

At Yoga(School) in Sea Point, we honour the vastness of what we don't know and recognize that every experience holds potential for insight and growth. Learning invites us to approach life with wonder, where each new lesson is a gift.

This is our passion—what we live, breathe, and constantly return to, reminding us of our deepest intentions and true nature. We look forward to learning from and with you in Cape Town's mindful yoga community.

During this training, I discovered more about myself and yoga practice. Since then my life has been transformed. I have managed to come out of my depression and live a happy life. My body is full of energy, and I'm able to face my real life by managing tasks that I had previously failed.

Never have I been so grounded and at peace with myself. This training opened my eyes to opportunities in my heart, will, and confidence. When I am not centered, I know how to bring myself back to me, to being and trusting in myself. To joy, love, happiness, freedom, and connectedness.
